Hukka Xpress is Evolving: We’re Transitioning to a ERP-System Starting Mid-January

We’re excited to announce that starting mid-January, we’ll be transitioning to a new and improved ERP-system. With this change, we’ll be able to provide you with smoother, easier, and more modern services.

What does this mean for you?

  • A new way to log in: Accessing the gym will require the use of a mobile app in the new system. Detailed instructions for setting up the app will be provided when the time comes.
  • Membership management: Managing your membership, such as putting it on hold, updating your information, and other actions, will be more efficient and quicker in the new system.
  • Stay updated about your gym: You’ll receive updates directly in the app about maintenance work and other events at your gym.
  • Track your workout history: You’ll be able to monitor your workout history through the app.
  • Browser version available: You can also manage your membership through the new system’s browser version.

What can you do in advance before the transition?

  • Ensure your information is up-to-date: Log in to your current account and make sure your email address and other details are saved and up to date in our system. To transition to the new app, you’ll need a valid email address saved in our system.
  • Workout history: After the transition, you’ll be able to track your workout history directly in the app. Unfortunately, your workout history so far will be reset, so if you’d like to save it, please do so via the current system.
