Changes to New Memberships and Pricing Starting September 2, 2024

Hukka Xpress will be simplifying its new membership offerings and pricing starting September 2, 2024. With this change, we aim to provide our members with more flexibility to adapt to changing life situations and offer more people the opportunity to take care of their well-being affordably.

Memberships and prices from September 2, 2024, onwards:

• Month-to-month membership without a fixed term 25 €/month + joining fee 22 €
• Yearly membership, 12 month contract 275 €/year
• Month-to-month all gyms membership without a fixed term 34 €/month + joining fee 22 €
• Yearly membership for all gyms, 12 month contract 374 €/year

The cancellation period for all new and existing memberships remains one full calendar month. Below, you will find common questions related to the price changes. Please read them carefully if you have an active Hukka Xpress membership.

Common Questions About the Price Change

Question: I have a 12 month fixed term contract at 22 €/month or for all gyms at 31 €/month that has been purchased before September 2, 2024. What will happen to the price of my membership starting September 2, 2024, or after the fixed term ends?
Answer: The price of your membership will remain unchanged. After the fixed term, the membership will continue without fixed term with a one calendar month cancellation notice at 22 €/month or for all gyms at 31 €/month.

Question: I have a 12 month fixed term membership paid in advance for 264 €/year or for all gyms at 372 €/year. What will happen to the price of my membership starting September 2, 2024, or after the fixed term ends?
Answer: After the fixed term, your membership will continue without a fixed term with a one calendar month cancellation notice at 264 €/year or for all gyms at 372 €/year. If you wish, you can request to change the billing method to a monthly charge through the contact form, in which case the price will be 22 €/month or for all gyms at 31 €/month.

Question: I have a month-to-month contract at 31 €/month or for all gyms at 40 €/month. Will my membership price change starting September 2, 2024?
Answer: We will lower the prices of all month-to-month contracts with 31 €/month or for all gyms at 40 €/month fee. Changes to membership prices will be made automatically during September 2024. New prices of 25 €/month or for all gyms at 34 €/month will apply to existing members starting from October 2024. If your October bill still reflects the old price, please contact us via the contact form.

Question: I have a month-to-month contract purchased through a campaign at 22 €/month or for all gyms at 31 €/month. What will happen to the price of my membership starting September 2, 2024?
Answer: The price of your membership will remain unchanged.
