Hukka Xpress is opening a new gym in Hartaanranta on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10 AM! The new gym is located in Oulu’s historic former city depot workshop, bringing a truly unique atmosphere to your training environment.
On opening day, the gym will host an Open House from 10 AM to 8 PM – come explore and be among the first to train at Hartaanranta! The last pre-memberships are on sale now – take advantage of the offer and join at a discounted price.

Hukka Xpress Hartaanranta offers approximately 1,200 m² of space for effective and versatile training. The majority of the gym is dedicated to strength training and equipped to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced athletes.

Hartaanranta Progressing Rapidly
The equipment has been ordered, and the gym will feature a versatile selection of high-quality fitness machines designed to meet the needs of both serious trainers and fitness beginners.
The layout plan is in the finalization stage (see the illustrative concept image). The use of space has been carefully refined to ensure a smooth and enjoyable workout experience for everyone.
Next, we will move on to designing the visual identity. Our goal is to create a fresh and energetic environment that inspires movement.
In addition to the main equipment, the gym will also include a selection of smaller, carefully chosen accessories that will complete the overall offering and enhance the workout experience.
Our aim is to build a gym that combines a high-quality equipment selection, practicality, and training motivation. We are creating a place where you can work out exactly as you are, whenever you want, and an experience that inspires you to take care of your well-being.
Gym Equipment Line-Up Is Confirmed
The equipment selection for our new gym has been finalized – and it’s top-class!
The cardio area will feature LifeFitness machines, chosen for their durability, smooth performance, and user-friendly design – ideal for daily use.
For strength training, we’ve selected Hammer Strength plate-loaded and selectorized machines, known for their athletic ergonomics, natural movement paths, and exceptional durability.
We’re also bringing in Eleiko cable machines and a versatile functional rack, along with high-quality benches – all designed for performance and variety.
In addition, the gym will be equipped with a carefully curated range of accessories to complete your training experience.
