The VAT change will affect membership fees starting January 1, 2026

Following a change in legislation, the reduced Value Added Tax (VAT) rate for physical exercise services will decrease from 14 percent to 13.5 percent starting January 1, 2026.

Due to this change, current membership fees will decrease by the amount of the VAT change, rounded to the nearest ten cents.

The change takes effect on January 1, 2026, and will be reflected in January’s membership invoices. The change does not require any action from you. If you have paid for your membership for the year in advance, the VAT change will be reflected in your next annual invoice paid after the change.
